A 27-Years Legacy of Transformation


Since 1996, Braj Gopika Seva Mission (BGSM) has been conducting transformative spiritual retreats across India. Held annually during the summer at a sacred location in India, this year's Shivir unfolds in the holy city of Ayodhya from June 1st to June 7th, 2024.

The Shivir offers a structured and transformative experience spanning seven days. Participants observe a vow of silence (Mouna) throughout the day, with written communication encouraged for essential needs.

A typical day begins at 4:30 am and concludes by 9:00 pm, with designated periods for rest and reflection.


  • Aarti and Sankirtan: The day begins and ends with devotional chanting sessions.
