The Embodiment of Grace

Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj holds the position of the 5th Jagadguru in the contemporary Jagadguru Paramparā. His authority as a Jagadguru doesn't stem from inherited monastic rights, but rather from his exceptional spiritual prowess and profound command over revered scriptures such as the Vedas, Upaniṣhads, Purāṇas, Gitā, Rāmāyaṇa, and Rāmacharita Mānasa. The esteemed Kashi Vidvat Parishad, consisting of 500 erudite scholars, recognized his remarkable qualities on January 14, 1957. After engaging in a comprehensive nine-day discourse, they bestowed upon him the esteemed title "Jagadguruttam," signifying the ultimate Jagadguru. Additionally, he was acclaimed as Veda-Marga-Pratiṣhṭhāpanāchārya, Bhakti-Yoga-Rasāvatāra, Sanātana-Vaidika-Dharma-Pratiṣhṭhāpana-Satsaṁpradāya-Paramāchārya, and Bhagavadananta-Śhrī-Vibhūṣhita, augmenting his already revered title. Thus, Shri Maharaj Ji takes his place in the lineage of eminent Jagadgurus, including Adi Shaṅkarāchārya (approximately 2500 years ago), Śhrī Nimbārkāchārya (8th century A.D), Śhrī Rāmānujāchārya (12th century A.D), and Śhrī Mādhavāchārya (14th century A.D), upholding their profound spiritual legacy.

The purushartha of our ancestors over thousands of years shaped one of the culturally richest civilizations the humanity has ever witnessed, but it will come a cropper in blink of an eye if not taken care of. Youths owe the biggest responsibility to preserve its beauty and carry the baton of faith for generations to come. There are two types of devotees (God-Realized). Nitya Siddha and Sādhan Siddha. Nitya siddha is he who takes incarnation whereas Sādhan Siddha is he who attains God by his devotion, by his puruṣhārtha. The spiritual Master of Swami Ji belongs to the first category. It is not indispensable to become a part of any Guru Paramparā, but to either of the two categories of God-realized devotees mentioned above.
The entity called Guru is not of the physical world. That entity stays for eternity, remains unaffected even after the physical body perishes. To be specific, you can accept him as a Guru. Just follow his words and accept him as your guide. Always consider him as your observer and protector of your sanskāras.

THE JOURNEY

Born to Serve (1963)

Swami Ji's spiritual upbringing, with devout Vaishnav parents, involved close contact with visiting saints during his childhood. Unlike peers, he dedicated leisure hours to aiding his parents and serving these spiritual mentors, profoundly shaping his persona in adolescence.

Spiritual prodigy (1968-1990)

All through his academics, he was bright and exceptional. He completed his masters in the year …... and joined Geological Survey of India as a senior scientist in 1990.

God’s plan (1994)

The search for knowing ultimate goal of life became intense and he travelled all the way to Vrindavan where he found his Guru in Swami Sri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, the 5th original Jagadguru of this age.

Life of a Karma-Yogi (1994-2000)

Swami Ji's life path was largely determined by his 1994 encounter with his Guru. For six years, he delved into scripture study and meditations while serving as a senior scientist for the Geological Survey of India.

Life for others (2000)

On October 17, 2000, Swami Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj bestowed the sacred robe upon him, marking the commencement of his life as a pracharak, dedicated to spreading his Guru's Vedic teachings.

Over a decade, Swami Ji conducted 80 programs in 80 cities, each lasting 30 days. His unwavering commitment to seekers and devotion to his Guru attracted millions, especially in West Bengal, where his influence thrived.

Spreading the message (2001 onwards)

Over a decade, Swami Ji conducted 80 programs in 80 cities, each lasting 20-30 days. His unwavering commitment to seekers and devotion to his Guru attracted millions, especially in West Bengal, where his influence thrived.

Prachar went abroad (2003)

Swami Ji embodied the roles of a Sanyasi, Pracharak, and Parivrajak. In 2003, he embarked on his maiden voyage to Europe, conducting six programs across different cities of the UK. Subsequently, he journeyed to Southeast Asia and Africa.

History re-lived (2007)

Jagadguru Swami Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj visited Nabadwip Dham, West Bengal. This mega event was reminiscent of the Sankirtan movement led by Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu 550 years ago.

Unseen leadership (Till 2013)

"Responsibility naturally falls upon those who willingly embrace it." Over the next six years, JKP envisioned establishing historic monuments in all three ashrams, with Swami Ji playing a pivotal role, amplifying their service commitment.

Responsibility builds greatness (2013 onwards)

In a year marked by despondency following Shri Maharaj Ji's disappearance, JSS at Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana, a significant event infused hope and determination. It emphasized the need for intensified efforts in Shri Maharaj Ji's preaching and service.

Sky is not the limit (2015 onwards)

Swami Ji emphasized the need for advancing Shri Maharaj Ji's mission with greater vigor and scale. Empowerment workshops in Philosophy, Music, Language, Technology, and General Studies invigorated Satsangees and Ashram-inmates, fostering enhanced dedication to propagation.

Vision 2047

By 2047, Swami Ji aspires India in global leadership, by empowering individuals with this profound philosophy of Sanatana Dharma, molding them into Karm Yogis & Karm Sanyasis. Swamiji puts it, "The infinite universe needs Earth, Earth needs India, India needs Sanatana Dharma, Sanatan Dharma needs SMJI, and SMJI needs us.”
